At Ironshine Industrial Canada, we fully stand behind every product we sell. However, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind or realize the product you ordered isn’t exactly what you expected. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.
30-Day Easy Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the item must be in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage may not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via email at sales@ironshineindustrial.ca or by phone at 1-800-816-8764 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

We will provide detailed instructions on how to return your item. Returns must be authorized before being sent back.

Ship the product to the warehouse following the instructions provided.
Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Using a tracked and insured shipping method is highly recommended for your protection.
Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

GST/HST paid on the original purchase will be refunded along with the product price.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Special-order or custom products

Accessories or items that have been installed or used

Products that are marked as non-returnable in the product description

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is received damaged or defective, please:

Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

Include photos of the damage or defect.
We will provide instructions for a replacement or return, and shipping for defective items will be covered by us.
Order Cancellations

Before shipment: Full refund.

After shipment: Standard return process applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Additional Notes

All returns must be authorized before shipping. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Keep all original packaging and shipping materials until your return is complete.

Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be disclosed before the return is approved.
