All orders shipped to Canadian addresses qualify for free standard shipping. We don’t like hidden fees or surprises — shipping is simple, transparent, and included in the price.
Authorized Resellers
We are authorized retailers of the products we sell. All items are shipped directly from our suppliers’ warehouses to ensure you receive genuine, high-quality products.
Taxes
All orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable GST/HST charges, calculated at checkout based on your province.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
We immediately check with our suppliers to confirm stock availability.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, the pre-authorization will be voided, and we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives.

If your item is available for immediate shipment (typically within 5 business days), your order will be processed and prepared for shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

International Orders
Our products are designed for the Canadian market and require the appropriate electrical system (110V or 240V) to function correctly. Please ensure compatibility before ordering outside Canada.
